Flashing experience is Required and Knowledge on using Odin 

There are Plenty of Tutorials on Youtube how to use Odin,  flashing of Custom Roms Firmware and Custom Recoveries 

Firmware Version :  J500FXXU1AOH2

                  Region :  XFA

Instructions :

• 1. Extract (unzip) the firmware file
• 2. Extract Odin v3.10.7
• 3. Open Odin v3.10.7
• 4. Reboot Phone in Download Mode (press and hold Home + Power + Volume Down buttons)
• 5. Press Volume Up to continue
• 6. Connect phone and wait until you get a blue sign in Odin
• 7. Add the firmware file to AP / PDA
• 8. Make sure re-partition is NOT ticked
• 9. Click the start button, sit back and wait few minutes
• 10. You will Get Succes in Green and Phone will Automatically reboot

Congrats!!!  Flashing is Finished Please Be Patient on First Boot
