To install this rom you need the files from the archive , which is odin (the downloader & flash app), and the .md5 file (the rom).
And samsung mobile phone drivers. (included in archive) the second link.
Extract the archives, install the mobile phone drivers.
Open odin , run as administrator if you use Windows 7/8/8.1/10.
Click on pda , and browse to the .md5 file , wait a while to be added.
Now you need to switch off the phone , wait till it turns off totally , or take the battery out.
Now you need to turn the phone on in download mode,
Press power + voume up , home , till the screen appears , confirm the download mode , as asked on screen. (volu up usually ).
Now connect the phone via usb to the pc , it will be added to odin , indicating a blue line and a number.
Now click start, the processes starts , odin will always say which item is being downloaded.
Red color means it failed, and the phone probably can only be flashed via Box, at a repair shop.
Or alternatively need to charge the battery up more than 60%.
After the first power up, you will notice the apps and data still present , this is due to smsung does not erase /data and /sdcard partitions. You need to do a factory reset, and everything will work fine(this not all the time needed).
